Privacy and cookies
How we use information when you visit endpnt.co.uk.
Who we are
This website is run by Endpoint Engineering Ltd, Worcester, United Kingdom. Questions about this notice can be sent to info@endpnt.co.uk.
The contact form
When you send a message we receive your name, email address, company (if given), your area of interest and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Messages are stored securely on our server and sent to our company mailbox. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and how people find us, so that we can improve it. We use it only for aggregate statistics: advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not use the data to identify you.
Google Analytics sets these cookies in your browser:
- _ga and _ga_JKSNLHGVTT: distinguish visits, kept for up to 13 months
Google processes this data on our behalf. You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Turn analytics off
When you first visit, a short notice explains this and lets you turn analytics off. You can change your mind here at any time. Your choice is remembered on this device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics is already off.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server keeps short-term technical logs of requests (such as the page requested, time and IP address) to keep the site secure and working. These are not used for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@endpnt.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
